These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Elvis Pool Maintenance LLC. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
We offer professional pool maintenance services, including but not limited to:
Pool cleaning and maintenance
Chemical balancing
Equipment inspection and minor repairs
Green pool cleanup
Pool opening and closing services
All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the pool area.
Pets must be secured during service visits.
Gates must be unlocked or access instructions provided.
If access is not available, a service fee may still apply.
Maintenance plans may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or as agreed. Skipped or delayed service due to weather or access issues may be rescheduled.
We strive to maintain proper water balance; however:
Severe conditions (e.g., algae, contamination) may require additional treatment
Additional charges may apply for corrective services
Clients are responsible for maintaining proper water levels
We inspect pool equipment during service visits
We will notify clients of any issues or needed repairs
Major repairs require client approval before work is performed
We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment defects or failures.
Pricing is based on pool size, condition, and service type
Payment terms will be communicated prior to service
Late payments may result in service interruption
Additional services will be billed separately
Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance
Late cancellations may result in a service fee
Elvis Pool Maintenance LLC is not responsible for:
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
Chemical imbalances due to external factors (weather, misuse, etc.)
Equipment failure beyond our control
Injuries resulting from unsafe pool use
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to:
Heavy rain
Storms
Unsafe working conditions
We will communicate any scheduling changes.
We are committed to quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
We reserve the right to terminate service due to:
Non-payment
Unsafe working conditions
Repeated access issues
These terms are governed by applicable state laws.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
